Confusion Matrix — class-level TP/FP/FN.
Distance-Weighted CM — each prediction weighted by proximity to nearest GT point of predicted class.
Spatially Stratified IoU — mIoU split by distance bands to reveal boundary degradation.
Hard Points — predictions far from any GT anchor of same class (boundary confusion).
MDE — Mean Distance Error: avg distance from each pred point to nearest GT point of same class.
